Workspace Templates is live now in Blue Voice. Officers can start a new workspace from a ready-made template built for the work they do every day, instead of staring at a blank prompt and guessing where to start.
Every department has a handful of tasks that come up constantly: writing an incident narrative, drafting a memo, checking a report against policy, building a training session. Workspace Templates gives officers a starting point for exactly that work, so they get a usable answer faster and don’t have to know the right way to ask.
What You Can Do With Workspace Templates
- Start from a ready-made template. When an officer creates a new workspace, they can choose a Blue Voice template instead of a blank one. Built-in options cover the most common tasks: Incident Narrative, Memo & Correspondence, Policy Compliance Check, Report Cleanup, and Training Material.
- Build your own department templates. Admins can create custom templates from the Templates page, each with its own documents, starting prompt, and quick actions, so the workspace reflects exactly how your department works.
- Control what officers see. Enable or disable any Blue Voice or custom template from the Templates page. Officers only ever see the starting points your department has approved.
